The Manager of Professional Member Outreach will work closely with the Manager of Member Services, Marketing Department and other Program staff to increase NAAHP’s professional member base and deepen the engagement of other non-profit organizations.

This person will work closely with the Manager of Member Outreach & Engagement and will be able to work independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in working in a virtual environment.

The Membership & Outreach Coordinators will provide administrative support to the Member Services Department by assisting with the development of member recruitment and retention programs. This position requires individuals that are reliable, well- organized, charismatic, and that are able to employ best practices.

Our ideal candidate will be able to successfully complete tasks and projects independently as well as part of a team. The Director of Chapter Development will propose directional changes in the organization as appropriate.
