The Member Services Coordinator provides administrative support to the Manager of Member Services by generating prospective member leads, developing and maintaining a membership recruitment list, and assisting with the development of member recruitment. This position will also report to the Assistant Manager of Member Services.

The National Alliance for Advancement of Haitian Professionals is searching for a Manager of Member Services to help serve our membership community. The Manager will lead the implementation of strategies to ensure superior customer service, proper onboarding, and support NAAHP goal of ensuring engagement and life-long membership.

This individual will be comfortable in working in a virtual environment. The ideal candidate will be able to successfully complete tasks and projects independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Manager of Outreach & Engagement and the Director of Member services on member acquisition and retention, fulfillment of partner benefits, and strategic planning and management of key partners.

The Programs Coordinator will be responsible for the evaluation of the organization’s programs. Duties also include administration, assisting with budget management and control, internal and external operational/administrative, reporting and more.

The Manager of Programs will be responsible for the supervision and evaluation of the organization’s programs. Duties also include supervising and training new staff members. The Manager collaborates with the Executive Management Team to fulfill NAAHP’s mission.
