Dear Distinguished Attendee,

On behalf of our Board of Directors, executive team, and staff, I would like to thank you for attending the National Alliance for the Advancement of Haitian Professionals’ Fourth Annual Conference in Miami, Florida.

More than 500 dignitaries, leaders, influencers, and changemakers from the Haitian Diaspora and Haiti were convened for the three-day Conference held at the Kovens Conference Center located on the campus of Florida International University.

From the keynote addresses to the panels and breakout sessions, we wanted to ensure that you were engaged, empowered, and inspired to enact change. The path to success lies in establishing a stronger education and healthcare system, ongoing investments into Haiti, gaining a deeper understanding of U.S. and Haitian politics, while addressing the ongoing human rights crisis affecting an estimated 200,0000 Dominicans of Haitian descent in the Dominican Republic.

The annual NAAHP Conference serves as an opportunity to ignite or reignite a global conversation on how members of the Haitian Diaspora can contribute to the redevelopment and restoration of Haiti as the “pearl of the Antilles.” Our collaboration is vital to the continued growth and progress of our beloved island nation, which can only realized through partnership and true envisionment.
Thank you for your advocacy, philanthropy, social entrepreneurship, and the incredible work that you do in the U.S. and abroad.

As we approach the 212th anniversary of Haiti’s independence, let us rededicate ourselves to Elevating Haiti and its Diaspora: Building Results-Driven Road Maps, Developing Leaders, & Creating Opportunities. We look forward to hearing about your endeavors and hope to see you again next year!

Sincerely,
