Cathy Francois, MBA
Cathy Francois’ experience as a certified career coach ranges from assisting those early in their careers to transitioning experienced professionals including entrepreneurs in today’s ever changing and competitive market. Her career began in advertising sales and customer service before transitioning into higher education which ultimately led to her current role as a Career Coach. Her passion for helping people succeed inspired her to expand into independent career consulting through founding Rezume (pronounced re-ZOOM) Forward, where she uses her diverse experience and interpersonal skills to bring a personalized approach to career coaching and creative writing skills to create resumes and LinkedIn profiles that brings her clients’ unique career story to life. Cathy is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator based in the Greater Washington DC Metropolitan area serving clients nationwide. She is also a Career Coach at American Public University System, conference speaker, workshop facilitator, and an active blogger with works featured on blogs such as OnlineCareerTips.com, CareersinGovernment.com, and DCjobs.com. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Florida and has a Master’s in Business Administration from Kaplan University.
