Saturday, December 9, 2017, the Sip & Become tour is coming to Haiti. Sip & Become has officially partnered with YWCA – Haiti and will serve 125+ girls between the ages of 6 – 18. We hope this event will spark your interest. Check out the event details below.

  • Who: Girls 6 – 18 years old
  • What: Sip & Become – YWCA Haiti (Teen Edition)
  • When: Saturday, December 9, 2017, 12 – 3 PM
  • Where: 52 Rue Goulard, Petion-Ville, Haiti
  • Why: Change your state of mind by using art therapy and speak new life into yourself. The goal is for you to become your greatest self.

Nyeesha D.Williams, the founder of the Sip & Become series, has brought on a very powerful team to form what she likes to call, “Universal Sisterhood”. The creative and therapeutic approach to teaching young girls and women how to release their truth, transform their thinking and manifest their greatness.

The “Sip & Become” concept was created with Nyeesha’s first book in mind. ‘Herstorys’ is a 3-part biographical book where she shares some of her darkest moments in life. The book goes from her releasing my truth and darkest secrets (through poetry), to transforming her mental, and aligning herself with like-minded individuals, then later manifesting exactly what she wanted, then receiving them.

Nyeesha’s focus of study is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. This scholarly background goes hand in hand with the book in order to establish the breakdown of each workshop. We like to think that our workshops forces “our sisters” to tap into their true selves, but she doesn’t stop there. Sip & Become helps women and girls change their state of mind by using art therapy and later on helping them speak new life into themselves. The goal is for them to become their greatest selves.
