The voice of the Haitian diaspora has become more prominent on the many challenges that we are facing as a people. Whether it is due to social media or other new communication technologies, we have had improved abilities to mobilize, and even the younger population is more engaged than ever before. What are the pain points and barriers holding us back from joining forces to have greater impact? Are there opportunities to identify and strengthen leaders on the global stage to represent the diaspora concerns as a unit?
