It has been a year since the Coronavirus emerges, shutting down schools, local businesses, and shattering global economies. The vaccine was developed and produced in record time, and government officials worldwide have begun administering coronavirus vaccine as of Winter 2020. Many healthcare officials expect the vaccine to be widely available to the public by late spring to early summer 2021. Yet many people are hesitant about the vaccine, especially in the black community, which has suffered abuse at the hand of government and medical institutions.

This symposium aims to provide the Haitian Community with a clear understanding of the Coronavirus vaccine.
