Position Title: Manager of Partner Benefits (Virtual)
Department: Member Services
Reports to: Director of Member Services

The National Alliance for the Advancement of Haitian Professionals has an immediate opening for someone to join the Member Services Department as the Manager of Partner Benefits. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Manager of Outreach & Engagement and the Director of Member services on member acquisition and retention, fulfillment of partner benefits, and strategic planning and management of key partners. This individual will be comfortable in working in a virtual environment. The ideal candidate will be able to successfully complete tasks and projects independently as well as part of a team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop creative ways to partner with companies to maximize their involvement and support to NAAHP
• Oversee development and effective use of partner communications tools when contacting potential companies
• Develop and manage partner agreements
• Deliver professional presentations for potential partner organizations and businesses
• Develop new member benefits and work with staff to promote
• Develop and implement a marketing plan of member benefits to current and potential members
• Develop systems and procedures in support of the identification, engagement and development of strategic partnerships.
• Research and Develop member benefits and Perks to offer NAAHP members
• Follow up with members to ensure awareness of Benefits and Perks

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Highly organized with ability to meet deadlines
• Experience with working in a collaborative team environment
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Comfortable with working in a virtual environment
• Some experience in providing customer service
• Demonstrated commitment to advancing the NAAHP’s mission, and goals
