Reports to: Manger of Member Outreach & Engagement

The National Alliance for the Advancement of Haitian professionals has an immediate opening for someone to work in our Member Services department as a Member Outreach & Engagement Coordinator. This person will work closely with the Manager of Member Outreach & Engagement and will be able to work independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in working in a virtual environment. This positions responsibilities include but not limited to assisting with member recruitment events, tracking member engagement and more. This position will also work with other departments to help fulfill NAAHP’s mission.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Help develop and implement various strategies intended to recruit members
- Coordinate with Haitian student organization leaders
- Help develop various promotional items
- Research and build a network of Haitian Student Organizations
- Organize information session at different college campus
- Provide administrative support to the Manager of Member Outreach & Engagement
- Develop ways to orient members and to engage them
Qualifications
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Highly organized with ability to meet deadlines
- Experience with working in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Comfortable with working in a virtual environment
- Some experience in providing customer service
