The Member Services Coordinator provides administrative support to the Manager of Member Services by generating prospective member leads, developing and maintaining a membership recruitment list, and assisting with the development of member recruitment. This position will also report to the Assistant Manager of Member Services.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor and Update membership database through Neon
- Identify and Invite members to NAAHP events, providing staff support as needed
- Develop and organize sponsor or partnership prospect spreadsheets with key contacts
- Compile membership welcome packages and work with the Manager and Assistant Manager of Member Services to identify and develop membership recruitment and retention materials
- Assist Manager of Member Services in coordination of all Member Services meetings
- Responsible for keeping track of Member services meeting notes, sending follow up correspondence and tracking membership recruitment progress
- Assist Manager of Member services in development of new member programs and events that attract new members and engage existing members
- Provide excellent customer service for NAAHP members
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Highly organized with ability to meet deadlines
- Experience with working in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Comfortable with working in a virtual environment
- Some experience in providing customer service
