Position Title: Partner Benefits Coordinator (Virtual)
Department: Member Services
Reports to: Assistant Manager of Partner Benefits and Manager of Partner Benefits
Open Positions: 3

The National Alliance for the Advancement of Haitian Professionals has an immediate opening for someone to join the Member Services as a Partner Benefits Coordinator. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Manager and Assistant Manager of Partner Benefits on member acquisition and retention, fulfillment of partner benefits, and strategic planning and management of key partners. This individual will be comfortable in working in a virtual environment. The ideal candidate will be able to successfully complete tasks and projects independently as well as part of a team and will be able to negotiate. This position requires someone with outstanding communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing creative ways to partner with companies to maximize their involvement and support to NAAHP
  • Seek out and secure new partnerships that would benefit NAAHP members
  • Assist the Manager and Assistant Manager of Partner Benefits in developing and growing corporate relationships through the development of a strategic engagement plan
  • Create presentations for partner meetings
  • Participate in biweekly meeting with Partner Benefit team
  • Negotiate with partners, companies and organizations
  • Maintain and track progress of Partner Benefits efforts, including entering data and contact notes in a spreadsheet
  • Provide a high level of customer service to current and prospective partners
  • Communicate regularly with partners through phone calls. and e-mails
  • Establish and regularly update partner meeting schedule

Qualifications

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Highly organized with ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience with working in a collaborative team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Comfortable with working in a virtual environment
  • Some experience in providing customer service
  • Demonstrated commitment to advancing the NAAHP’s mission, and goals
