Johanne P. Bovee, MBA

Johanne Bovee is a Human Resources Manager who works with non-profits and startups and partners with CEOs and Directors in helping restructuring and building their HR departments. Johanne also spent one year at Deutsche Bank which she really enjoyed.

Johanne is a trilingual Human Resources Professional with over five years of proven experience providing strategic and operational management, compliance and policy as well as benefits and accounting services for new employees. Johanne possess a comprehensive background in recruiting and staffing to help improve human resource department policies and procedures while focusing on the employee well-being. Johanne has extensive knowledge in effective communication, employee relations and issue resolution. Johanne has the ability to speak, read and write in English, French and Haitian Creole.

Johanne is currently working FT for a non-profit as the main HR with a large community of Haitians in the healthcare field.

Johanne was nominated Top 40 Business Students while in Grad school.

Johanne holds an MBA and a BA in Business Management from Jacksonville University.
