Ketsia A. Sadler, EdD, RN, CSN, CHES, CIHWC

Founder, College CAFE

“Know More, Pay Less” is the motto for College CAFE (Consulting and Financial Education) founded by Dr. Ketsia Alerte Sadler.  The information she and her husband Kenneth learned while guiding their two sons Andre, Syracuse University 2013 and Armon, Cornell University 2017 through their college application processes became the foundation for this important work. The mission is to empower students and their families with information to make the college of choice affordable.  Dr. Sadler also moderates the ”College Planning” webinar series for the National Alliance for the Advancement of Haitian Professionals.  Her almost 30 year nursing career, currently as a public elementary School Nurse with a Doctorate in Health Education, provides daily opportunities to assist the students in developing healthy lifestyles that will continue into adulthood.  Dr. Sadler’s public service continues as a member of her local Board of Health and with memberships in the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. Bergen-Passaic Chapter and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. Bergen County Alumnae Chapter. She credits her dearly departed parents Rev. Dr. Lemaire Alerte and Mrs. Nativida Alerte for instilling in her the love of God and being the role model as to how one should help others. In her spare time Dr. Sadler loves to read and travel.
