Stacy Bastien-Renelique
Supervisor of Speech Improvement

Stacy Bastien-Renelique, is a Supervisor of Speech Improvement, Clinical Educator, and Bilingual Haitian-Creole Clinician. Stacy conducted monolingual and bilingual evaluations and interventions in Early Intervention, school-aged settings, and skilled nursing facilities. Stacy is a Haitian American who is passionate about Haiti. She led a group of student clinicians on a study abroad speech mission program to Cap-Haitien, Haiti in August 2017 with LIU Brooklyn’s SLPDC program. Stacy is dedicated to building human capital in the larger work environment by providing professional development, mentorship, and intervisitation for staff. During her years as a teacher of speech improvement she also served as a practicum supervisor to student clinicians, most often Haitian clinicians who needed to fulfill their bilingual hours. This experience later led her to higher education where she served as a clinical educator.
