Theresa Alphonse

Theresa Alphonse, MPH is a public health practitioner with 7 years of health equity experience. She has worked with health centers, hospitals, local and state health departments on health equity initiatives specific to a racial justice lens.

Theresa is also the founder and director of a nonprofit focused on normalizing conversations around mental health in communities of color, What’s On Your Mind Inc. Health equity is the string that ties all of her work together. Her hope is to continue to be a change agent so that no matter where you were born or who you were born to you have equal access to a healthy life
