Cathy Francois is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator, Adjunct Instructor, and Career Advising Specialist at University of Maryland University College teaching Career Planning Management. She is also the Founder of Rezume Forward (pronounced Re-Zoom), a career coaching practice where she advises career professionals ranging from early careerists, transitioning experienced professionals, and budding entrepreneurs on navigating today’s ever changing and competitive market. She’s been featured as a conference speaker, workshop facilitator, and an active blogger with works featured on blogs such as OnlineCareerTips.com, CareersinGovernment.com, and DCjobs.com. Ms. Francois is a proud graduate of the University of Florida where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and has a Master’s in Business Administration from Kaplan University.
