Jhonson Napoleon

Founder and President of Azure College

Being an entrepreneur is the only thing I know. In fact, I only work 1 job in my entire live, security guard for Florida Department store, Burdines in 1994 now Macy’s.

In 1986 I realized my small town was getting an influx of bikes, my aunt sent one for me from the USA for the summer vacation, while assembling it, I discovered I could fix bikes, hence my first business to help others solve their bike problems, I was 12.

In 1988, while helping my father, a coffee grower and coffee bean broker, I discovered I could run a side business buying coffee for myself and resell is to him. So I did and became a coffee bean broker in my own right.

Throughout my Secondary education in Port-au-Prince Haiti, I hustled to make money to support myself and finance my education anyway I could.

In 1993 I immigrate to the United State. In 1994 I earned my Real Estate Sales Associate license.

In 1995 my Real Estate and Real Estate Broker license. During that same period, I became a Real Estate investor and developer.

In 1999, I became the Vice President of what was then Haiti’s only Private Medical School, Universite Lumiere. I help graduated the first group of Medical Doctors coming out of a privately medical school in the country’s history.

In 2007, I purchased what we know now as Azure College, the first accredited Haitian owned college in the USA.

When I’m not spending time with my three boys, who mean everything in the world to me, I speak and share my experiences in business with people around the world via my radio, TV shows and social media. I have a passion to help others. I hope to publish my book “Problem/Solution” soon.

I’m so excited you have taken a few minutes out of your day to drop by. Please don’t forget to say hey.

Remember….. the Hustle is real.
