Lisa is an Enterprise Relationship Manager at LinkedIn, managing a portfolio of over 50 accounts, and driving their social media, talent acquisition and employer branding strategies. Through her work, she accelerates her clients’ capabilities to achieve their strategic goals while highlighting their success to all key stakeholders.
Lisa is also the founder of Fancyfied, a lifestyle brand devoted to uplift, empower, inspire and unite. Each Friday at LinkedIn, she hosts FancyfiedFridays which gathers employees across various divisions and leadership levels to take part in inspirational exchanges that lead to growth opportunities. Her work at FancyfiedFridays led to the 2016 WALI (Women at LinkedIn) Inspiration Award, and in 2017, she was awarded the Relationships Matter Award at LinkedIn’s Global Sales Kick-Off.
Lisa believes that the secret to creating a life you love and living it powerfully is to “Get Comfortable, Being Uncomfortable” which was the title of her 2017 TEDX Talk. She affirms that her Haitian heritage and being the daughter of a bull-rider endows her with a mentality that “if you do not enjoy the conditions of your present predicament, then – fight to change them.”
