Michelle Pyram is a strategic Human Resources Professional with 15 years of corporate HR experience within organizations such as Sanofi, Citigroup, L’Oreal, Gap Inc. and the NYC Department of Education. Her specialties include training and development, coaching, performance management, management development, leadership development and diversity. Michelle is a Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership ™ Index, a unique assessment tool that enables individuals and/or leaders to hold up mirrors to their perceptions, attitudes, behaviors, and overall leadership capabilities. She possesses a Masters Degree in Labor and Employment Relations from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey. She is a Certified Professional Coach from (iPEC) the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching and has also completed Mastery University with Tony Robbins of Robbins Research International.
