Nadege Dady, Ed.D

Dean of Student Affairs & Assistant Professor, Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine

Dr. Nadege Dady serves as the Dean of Students Affairs for TouroCOM Harlem, NYC Campus. As the Dean of Student Affairs Dean Dady provides oversight of the Admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid and Bursar offices as well as manages student life, activities on campus.

Dr. Dady joined the Touro COM family from the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine (RSDM), NJ where she served as the Director of Educational Programs in the Office of Academic Affairs. Prior to working at Rutgers, Dr. Nadege Dady also served as the Regional Director for the New York City Metropolitan Area Health Education Centers (AHEC) and Director for the Family Medicine Education program at the Institute for Urban Family Health, NYC.

Dr. Nadege Dady received her doctoral degree in Higher Education: Leadership, Management and Policy from Seton Hall University, NJ. Her collective experiences in healthcare, higher education administration and student culture have prepared her well. While at Rutgers University, Dr. Nadege Dady served on the admissions, multicultural affairs, student academic performance, curriculum management, university online course management systems, African American Heritage and accreditation committees. As the Director of Educational Programs Dr. Dady routinely provided guidance and support to students on issues such as academic progress, certification for licensure, post graduate education, training, & matching, professional conduct, and community service.

Dr. Nadege Dady is also an experienced educator. Prior to her departure from RSDM, Dr. Dady served as the Teaching Curriculum Director for the From Practice to Preceptor (FP2P) program, a training program for dental practitioners looking to transition from clinical practice to careers in academia. Dr. Dady was also a returning guest lecturer in the RSDM Communications in Healthcare and Behavioral Science courses as well as Touro COM’s Intro to Cultural Competence course.

Dr. Nadege Dady has a long history of community service, creating and managing opportunities for Underrepresented Minority students in the health professions. As the Regional Director for the NYC Metro AHEC program, Dr. Dady managed a summer program for high school students to learn about the health professions. While at RSDM, she participated in the management of the Summer Medical and Dental Education Program (SMDEP) and developed pipeline programs for 6th-8th graders and K-3rd graders to learn about the importance of oral health and the profession of dentistry. Lastly, for eight years Dr. Nadege Dady served as a Trustee of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Newark (BGCN), a Newark, New Jersey based youth services organization.
