Ms. Liautaud is an international development professional with almost 20 years’ experience in program and projectmanagement, executing local and regional programs and initiatives focused on economic growth and development, child protection and youth participation, gender mainstreaming, reconstruction, water and sanitation, and Diaspora and civil society engagement in Latin America and the Caribbean, with a particular focus on Haiti, the Dominican Republic and Mexico.Throughout her career, she has directly engaged the Haitian and Mexican public sector, and worked closely with the private sector and civil society institutions in project implementation and strategic collaborations, supporting public-private partnerships to reduce poverty and improve economic opportunities through job creation, gender equality, investment promotion, and knowledge sharing activities.

Ms. Liautaud has a long track record of working in small non-governmental organizations, private sector associations and independent think tanks, and has contributed to strategic and organizational development processes, liaising with the relevant departments and country offices. She is an active contributor to the Haitian-American Diaspora community as an active Board Member of the Haiti Renewal Alliance (HRA), and an Advisory Board member of the National Alliance for the Advancement of Haitian Professionals (NAAHP). Ms. Liautaud holds a Master of Arts in Latin American Studies, a Master of Art in International Communications, and a Bachelor of Science in Radio-Television- Film from the University of Texas, Austin. She is a proud Haitian-American-Mexican and is fluent in English, French, Spanish and Haitian Creole, and conversant in Portuguese.
