Noel Jonathas, Jr., M.Sc., LL.M.

Noel Jonathas is a management consultant, lawyer, entrepreneur, lecturer and radiohost. He is the Managing Director of INSSI Group (a boutique management consulting firm) and head its affiliated business law advisory service, JurisPRO. He hosts the entrepreneurship segment on Radio Vision 2000’s “Route du Succès” (in English, “Road to Success”) every Sunday. Noel has worked with several Haitian public, private and non-profit organizations as well as international organizations, NGOs and multilateral agencies in the field of financial services, private sector development, SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) finance and development, public-private partnerships, business climate reform and improvement, business development, operations management, among others. After studying both electronics engineering and law at the State University of Haiti, Noel was granted a scholarship and completed the specialization in “Economics, Finance and Management” for engineers at France’s prestigious Arts et Metiers ParisTech (ENSAM). Noel also obtained a Fulbright Scholarship and earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate Law and Finance Delaware Law School (Wilmington, DE, USA).
