Daniel Jadotte

Board Member, American Chamber of Commerce in Haiti (AmCham)

Daniel has been professionally established in Haiti since 1989.  He owns and operates several companies in the construction and building materials industry such as Ceramex, Quincaillerie Totale and Desber Communications in Haiti and Turks and Caicos.

Daniel has served as a Board member in the American Chamber of Commerce in Haiti (Amcham), the CLED (Centre de la Libre Entreprise et la Democracie), the FHE (Fondation Haitienne pour l’Environement), and the Providenciales Chamber of Commerce (in Turks and Caicos).

Daniel is currently the 2nd Vice-President of the Board. While at AmCham he served as the Past Chairman of the Membership Committee, participated with the Diaspora Committee, to successfully deliver the Business Future of the Americas (BFA) event last summer. He is currently Chairmen of the Construction Committee that created and organized MATCON, the first and only Construction fair ever organized in Haiti, and one of the greatest event organized by Amcham Haiti, with an attendance of more than 3000 people over 3 days and the participation of 85 exhibitors, all Haitian companies
Last but not least, he is currently serving as Vice President of AACCLA, in Washington DC, the US Chamber of Commerce Organization regrouping all the AmChams in the Latin Americas and the Caribbean
Daniel was born in Colombia in 1962, raised in Haiti and holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and in International Business from the University Autonoma de Guadalajara in Mexico. He is a father of four children, speaks four languages, loves mountain hikes and is a prominent member of the Haitian Equestrian Federation.
