Frantz Saintellemy

Executive VP & GM of the Automotive and Industrial Division of IDT

Frantz Saintellemy has more than 20 years of experience in the electronics industry with a diverse background from startups to C-Level leadership.

Mr. Saintellemy is currently Executive VP & GM of the Automotive and Industrial Division of IDT (Nasdaq: IDTI) with complete P&L responsibility. Major focus areas are Autonomous driving, ADAS, Infotainment and networking, Safety and Sensor platforms.

Mr. Saintellemy is formerly President – ZMDI an Automotive and Sensors company (recently acquired by IDT (Nasdaq: IDTI) for $320M. Grew the company from $20M to more than $100M in less than 5yrs with increasing profitability every year.
He is former CTO & Corporate VP Advanced Engineering Group and Product Technical Marketing at Future Electronics, a $5B global electronics marketing and distribution company with responsibility for over 2.5K people globally. Established new divisions like Future Lighting Solutions and Future Energy Solutions responsible for generation more than $1B in revenue for FEC.

Prior to joining Future Electronics, Mr. Saintellemy Director/GM for the consumer and automotive product groups, at Analog Devices Inc. (Nasdaq: ADI) with complete P&L responsibility. Prior to joining ADI, Mr. Saintellemy held various product development, system design and marketing at NAD, a high-end consumer audio equipment maker.

Mr. Saintellemy has an MSEE from the MIT, a BSEE from Northeastern; BSc. Concentration in Marketing and Commerce from HEC; and is a Graduate of the MIT Sloan Engineering Fellows Program on Innovations and Global Leadership.

Mr. Saintellemy is founder or co-founder of several successful startups:
SMGT Inc. – technology development in renewable energies, power mgmt. and sensing
Q-Links Home Automation – IoT and automation technologies
Reno-Metrix – Specialist in eco-renovations, eco-designs including engineering, design and architectural concepts for eco-friendly and energy efficiency.
Capital Plus – A specialty financial services firm and promoter of financial literacy.
Hydro HVAC Solutions – Developer and distributor of HVAC and air quality management systems.

Mr. Saintellemy is also founder and lead investor in Groupe 3737 – a business incubator and accelerator.
