Soraya Senosier has been working in the International Development field for over 10 years. She currently works as Social Safeguards consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank. She holds a BA in Political Science and MA in Peace Studies an International Development. Her interest and love for Haiti have led her to work and volunteer for a number organizations working to support Haiti and the Haitian Diaspora. She is a seasoned facilitator and has developed and facilitated training programs in gender mainstreaming, capacity building, proposal writing and career development.
