Fashion Designer

Victor Glemaud is a New York City based fashion designer, focusing on knitwear. The Victor Glemaud collection has been sold at numerous retailers worldwide: Colette (Paris), Maxfields (LA), Odin (NY), and Beams (Tokyo). As a designer, Glemaud has collaborated with Gitman, Quicksilver, Earnest Sewn, Henri Bendel (women’s), and Disney’s Toy Story 3. A press favorite, Victor and his collections have been featured in Vogue, GQ, The New York Times, Interview, Details, Gap Japan and WWD.

After graduating from FIT, Glemaud worked with numerous clients as a publicist at KCD: Versace, Marc Jacobs, Gucci by Tom Ford, Helmut Lang and Alexander McQueen. Victor returned to design when he became the studio director at Paco Rabanne in Paris. After two years in this position, Victor was inspired to start his own men’s wear collection and returned to NYC to grow his company, while simultaneously designing Tommy Hilfiger’s (women’s & men’s) runway collections. Victor is recognized in the fashion industry for his strong press relationships and extensive knowledge in design, and marketing. In addition to the Victor Glemaud collection, Victor also consults with a wide range of designer clients: Naeem Khan (women’s evening wear), Eddie Borgo (men’s jewelry) and Iman.
