This team consists of a group of leaders with specific expertise in at least two of these areas. Mr. Guy Francois, Jr., the Consul General based in Miami, has a background as an entrepreneur. Mr. Jacques M. Jean has held increasingly more complex corporate roles, with responsibilities for global divisions. Mrs. Kareen Kircher made the leap from senior technical roles in financial technology to entrepreneurship; has advised many individuals on negotiation tactics, and she has experience providing and securing large donors for nonprofits. Mr. Vladimir Laborde has a corporate background and has been instrumental in crafting multilateral accords; his non-profit activities have also led to public infrastructure improvements.
