France Francois

France Francois is the co-coordinator of #Rights4ALLinDR, a coalition of organizations advocating for the restoration of citizenship and real due process in the Dominican Republic. She has lead efforts to advocate on the Hill and in the Department of State for the rights of Dominicans of Haitian descent as well as Haitian migrants. She has also been integral in raising public awareness about this human rights crisis in the media, through speaking engagements, and through coordinated rallies in major U.S. cities. France has a masters in international development and conflict resolution and has spent years working on social issues in Haiti as well.
