Kareen Kircher

Director of Strategic Planning and Donor Relations

Inspired by her faith in God, her parents, and the miracles of her life, Mrs. Kareen Kircher loves to connect people, and she is passionate about taking action to solve problems. She attended Yale University, and has built a career highlighted by senior-level technology leadership roles. Her consulting work enables companies to create, configure and deliver software with agility and reliability.

She is a speaker, trainer, and writer for technical groups, publications, clients, and vendors, such as SalesForce.com’s Dreamforce, the world’s largest software conference. She is a member of NY Tech Meetup’s Leadership Circle. She was the first sponsor of NY Tech Women’s Bella Minds program to equip women with practical and profitable technical skills.

Kareen is the current President of New Jersey-Haiti Partners (NJHP). Continuously active since 1976, NJHP’s projects have spanned educational, professional, agricultural and cultural exchanges, and opportunities like the prestigious Fulbright Program. In conjunction with the world’s oldest organization dedicated to physical rehabilitation medicine, NJHP worked to secure prosthetics and services even before the 2010 earthquake. In addition, Kareen has been active, helping New Jersey-based organizations and initiatives with by-laws, fundraising and strategic planning.

She enjoys spending time with family, ice-fishing with her husband, Zumba with her friends, and traveling.
