Luckny Guerrier

Jeune-déléguée de la diaspora, Gouvernement de la Jeunesse en Haïti

Luckny Guerrier is pursuing studies in project management at HEC Montreal. She has over ten years experience in entrepreneurship and administration. She worked as the assistant of the direction of Montreal-Nord local economic development center.

Involved in her community, she was the Coordinator monologues Fanm Fo and an entrepreneurship trainer for Haitian immigrant women which were victims of the earthquake in 2010. Since 2012, she serves on the board of directors of the Société Montreal-Nord 2015, in charge of the celebrations of the hundred-years-old Montreal-Nord district. In 2014, she became head of a citizen mobilization of a decision-making instance of a major political party in Canada. She is a member of the State and Governance Committee of Reflection and Action Group for a New Haiti (GRAHN) and a participant in the first youth forum in Cap Haitien – Haiti Élan 2014. She is the instigator of the first economic Entrepren’Elle Exploratory mission – Haiti / Canada 2015.

Since March 2015, she became the first youth delegate of the Diaspora in the Government of Haiti youth program overseen by the Association of Volunteers of democracy and has been given for mission to work for the development of leadership and patriotism in the Haitian youth.
