Richard Noritake

Mr. Noritake is responsible for all of the GB Group’s capital market activities.  He is positioned at the corporate level and works with all of the Group’s operating companies providing strategic advice and leading all financing activities. This includes: raising debt and equity, project finance, corporate and trade finance and acquisition financing. Mr. Noritake has over 20 years of experience in investment banking, as well as strategic planning and operations. At Citibank, Mr. Noritake was head of their Structured Trade Finance Division and Co-Head of Loan Structuring and Syndications in Latin America completing over $12 billion in complex cross-border transactions. At Standard Bank of South Africa, Mr. Noritake was the Managing Director responsible for all the bank’s lending activities in the Americas including acquisition and project finance. Mr. Noritake lead these efforts from their New York and Sao Paulo offices. In addition to his investment banking experience, Mr. Noritake gained valuable operating experience as Chief Financial Officer at a technology start-up and technology outsourcing company.
