Suze François is a Senior Manager for the Walmart Foundation where her portfolio consists of workforce development and women’s economic empowerment initiatives, both in the United States and abroad. She is also the co-founder and President of the Potter’s Hand Children’s Center, a non-profit organization with the mission of developing the next generation of leaders in Haiti. She previously worked in Walmart’s Responsible Sourcing Department as a Corporate Social Responsibility Manager.

Before joining Walmart, Suze was a fellow at the Organization of American States (O.A.S.) in Washington D.C. During her tenure there, she focused on women’s peace and security and human trafficking issues in Haiti.

Suze holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations with a focus on Middle Eastern and Islamic Studies, and a Master’s in Public Administration from the J. William Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. She is a native of Haiti and is fluent in French, Haitian Creole, English, and has extensive knowledge of Spanish and Arabic.
