Aceline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Policy and a Master of Public Administration and Nonprofit Management. She is also an alumna of American University’s prestigious Campaign Management Institute, an intensive program that brings together political strategists, campaign professionals, and communications experts to examine the full architecture and execution of modern political campaigns.
Her work sits at the intersection of political strategy, communications, and public engagement, with a particular focus on helping Haitian leaders and institutions translate their ideas into compelling messages, organized campaigns, and meaningful public action.
