Alix Saint Franc is a knowledgeable Business Executive and ASQ Certified Manager of Quality with over 20 years of production, manufacturing, quality and risk Management.  With a passion for education, he has taught Electronics and Telecommunications in several universities and colleges in the US.  Saint-Franc has occupied senior quality management and engineering positions driving excellence in manufacturing of cables, electronic, control panels and mechanical assemblies for military, rails and transportation in major U.S. companies including US West, Cherry Corporation, Datel, Pulsecom, Capitex International S.A, Zentech Manufacturing and Tellabs.  He is the President and CEO Third World Investment & Development Corporation (TWIDCORP), a world-class corporation specializing in production and distribution of large quantity of organic and natural food to facilitate access of healthy food and food products to mid and low-income families of developing countries in the Caribbean and Africa.  Saint-Franc has contributed successfully to securing some major sales contracts in many countries including Haiti, Dominican Republic, Sierra Leone, Ghana, Guinea and Cameroon.  Two years ago, in partnership with Harry Nicolas alias “Mèt Fèy Vèt” a renown Haitian food and culinary activist advocating for food rights and food production and security in Haiti, he founded Consortium Mèt Fèy Vèt.  This agrifood company established in Northern Haiti brings realistic solutions to the growing national nutrition problem specializing in the short term in corn and cassava processing mostly for school feeding programs and madan sara.  Alix Saint Franc has served as President of the Haitian American Association of Rhode Island.  He is a Trained Lean Six Sigma Manufacturing Practitioner, a Certified Manager of Quality and Operational Excellence (CMQ/OE).  He graduated in Electronic Circuits and Systems from TCI College of Technologies in New-York and in Electronic Engineering from Johnson &Wales University (JWU) in Providence, Rhode Island.
