Georges Andy Rene is a business and intellectual property lawyer and has been a member of the bar in both Montreal and Port-au-Prince for over 20 years. In 2008, Georges returned to Haiti as a private investor to spearhead high-impact investment projects and foster a tech-driven environment for private investments.

As the co-founder and CEO of HaitiPay S.A., the first Central Bank-regulated fintech in Haiti, Andy is at the forefront of cross-border payments and tech-driven financial solutions. Haiti Pay provides secure digital payment options for the underbanked in Haiti, while connecting and empowering the diaspora community to participate, contribute, and invest in Haiti’s local economy.
