Anith Benjamin was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, she grew up in a low-income household, giving her a firsthand understanding of the challenges faced by many first-generation students. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Florida A&M University and went on to receive her Master’s in Public Administration from Barry University. Anith’s academic journey reflects her determination to create a positive impact, which inspired her to establish Golden Vie Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing scholarships, prom sponsorships, and essential resources to Haitian high school students.

Currently, Anith serves as the Director of Teen Initiatives at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County, where she passionately focuses on youth development and enhancing various workforce and College Readiness programs. Her exceptional contributions to her community have earned her notable recognition; Legacy Magazine honored her as one of South Florida’s Most Prominent & Influential Black Women in Business & Industry for 2023, while the Haitian American Chambers of Commerce recognized her as part of their Top 20 Under 40 Class of 2020 Young Professionals.

Anith’s unwavering commitment to providing essential resources and advocating for higher education underscores her mission to empower students in their pursuit of success and personal growth. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she actively engages with the Haitian community to inspire the next generation of leaders, fostering an environment where every student has the opportunity to thrive.
