Carline Mazard Saintilus

Carline Mazard Saintilus is an entrepreneur extraordinaire and nearly 30-year veteran title agent and the visionary behind Title Geeks, a full-service real estate title and escrow agency licensed to provide closing and settlement services in several states headquartered in Florida. She has future expansion plans for her corporation on the national front. She also has a background in education and once owned a restaurant. Miami raised – Carline earned a bachelor’s degree from Barry University and an MBA degree from south Florida’s only HUBCU – Florida Memorial University. She is a staunch advocate for her community, and a girl’s girl.

Savvy businesswoman, mom, wife, friend, and philanthropist are a few of the words used to describe Carline. Carline’s newest role is as a candidate for a seat on the Lee County School Board, under her EMPOWER platform. Her vision is to place the power of education back into the hands of the community – not politicians. Her commitment to the community includes spearheading fundraisers and participating in charity events that support underserved segments of the community. Her partnerships with other organizations have aided thousands of school-aged children at their annual backpack and school supply drive. Other projects, under hear leadership, include raising funds to support and recognize widowed men during the Covid-19 pandemic, participating in reading programs at local schools and much more. She has been featured in VoyageMIA Magazine’s Inspiring Stories series and featured as one of 2023’s Real Estate Professional in the Top 100 People in Real Estate magazine. Carline’s business, Title Geeks LLC, was recently selected for the Fort Myers Community Redevelopment Agency’s Business Spotlight for March 2025. She is also working on launching a podcast.

Her past times include relaxing at home, reading, traveling, and exploring healthier alternative to existing recipes and spending time with her friends and family. As a creative, her hobbies include curating living spaces and event planning.
