Christelle St-Natus Cavé

Christelle St-Natus Cavé is a registered lawyer at the Port-au-Prince Bar. She is an accomplish attorney with over a decade of experience, practicing law in Haiti and the Dominican Republic. She enhanced her expertise at Del Valle & Associados, the Hudicourt-Woolley law firm and as shareholder, board member, credit committee member and internal legal counsel for Groupe Canez, a prominent business group in Haiti.  Actively engaged on the international stage, she has participated in two United Nations Commission simulation models in New York.  Christelle is an active member of the Chamber of Conciliation and Arbitration of Haiti (CCAH). She became a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) in London in June 2023. Her expertise includes commercial law, mediation, arbitration, corporate law, labor law, civil law and public procurement. Christelle has been serving for the past 4 years on the Board of Directors of the Haitian Biodiversity Fund (FHB), reflecting her commitment to sustainable development in Haiti.  She holds an International Arbitration Certification from the American University College of Law in Washington, D.C., and an International Arbitration training from the Advance Arbitration Academy of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Paris.  She also holds a law degree from the Iberoamerican University (UNIBE) in Santo Domingo and a master’s degree in business law from Antonio de Nebrija University in Madrid, Spain.
