Claude Clodomir

Chief of Party, ATTEINDRE

Claude Clodomir is a project management professional specializing in implementing projects funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) for the past 15 years.

Currently, Claude serves as Chief of Party for the ATTEINDRE (ATTAIN in English), a USAID-funded activity implemented by MEDA, designed to provide targeted support for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Through performance-based incentives, Claude and his team work with local firms to expand their services to reach underserved MSMEs.

He understands the importance of having a strong and inclusive ecosystem of business advisory, workforce development, and financial services providers that address their needs wherever they are. In addition, Claude has witnessed the transformative power of using incentives to generate better outcomes in Haiti and believes this model is well fit to support MSMEs.

Claude holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Purdue University and a Master of Public Administration degree from Columbia University.
