Councilwoman Mary Estimé-Irvin

Councilwoman, District 3, North Miami Florida

On June 11, 2019, Councilwoman Mary Estimé-Irvin was elected to the City of North Miami representing District 3.

Mary Estimé-Irvin is a proud PTSA Mom, an accomplished business leader and a devoted civic advocate. She is the current Managing Partner of Estimé & Irvin Consulting, LLC and former President and Chief Executive Officer of E & I Associates, a South Florida-based staffing and recruiting agency which helped members of our community find meaningful job opportunities. Prior to founding Estime & Irvin Associates, Mary has worked in various leadership roles with the non-profit businesses and political campaigns.

Mary is a native of New York City. In the late 1980’s, her parents relocated to the North Miami surrounding area. As a resident of North Miami in District 3, Mary has taken an active role in community leadership. She has served as a member of several businesses and community boards, including Secretary of the North Miami Police Athletic League, Chair of the North Miami Personnel Board, North Miami Senior Foundation, North Miami Chamber of Commerce, Vice Chair of North Miami Community Redevelopment Agency Advisory Board and Secretary of the North Miami Educational Foundation. She is an alumni of North Miami Senior High School and studied Management and International Business at Florida International University.

Mary is known for her work in promoting community interests. Her dedication and leadership in various sectors including education, minority businesses, and neighborhood safety have earned much recognition from community leaders and residents.

Mary is a strong believer in the importance of Family. She loves her son, Patrick and wants to make our community a better place for his generation to grow and prosper. That’s why she’s focused on improving the quality of life in North Miami.
