Daniel Silva

Daniel Silva is a partner and Chief Operating Officer of DMS International, an ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013 registered Workforce Transformation and IT Consulting company. With over 20 years of consulting experience, his IT work has included Litigation Support Services, Claims Support Services, Housing and Urban Development, Law Enforcement, Access Control, Cybersecurity, Governance Management and he has led the IT component of Action against Corruption and Economic Crime. Current topics of special interest include the implications of the blockchain technology on emerging countries economy. Prior to joining DMS in 1994, he was an analyst at the Statistical Institute, Head of IT at the Ministry of Public Health and Population, an IS lecturer at INAGHEI, IHECE in Haiti. He holds an Executive MBA from Harvard Business School OPM38, a BS in Computer Science from Hartford Tech. He has received professional training at the Centre d’Etude Pratique en Informatique et Automatique in France and the International Statistical Programs Center / Census Bureau in Washington, D.C.
