Dielson Gustama

Filmmaker, Producer, Screenwriter

Dielson Gustama is a filmmaker, screenwriter and producer with extensive knowledge of the creative film process. He is currently in production of an upcoming documentary film Castles in Haiti, that explores the multicultural history, art, heritage and identity of people of Haitian ancestry. The film illustrates historical ties that bind Haiti, the United States, and so many other global communities, and will share their deeply rooted cultural and artistic connections.

Dielson also has more than twenty years’ experience in the public and private sector managing multi-million-dollar IT business operations, implementing PMO processes including portfolio balancing, resource allocation, strategic & investment planning and portfolio management. He brings his unique storytelling perspectives gained from traveling all over the world making connections with people from different cultures and diverse educational and economic backgrounds. He has a master’s degree in Social & Public Policy from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s from Park University.
