Djenny-Flore Bien-Aime is a passionate leader and visionary dedicated to fostering inclusive development and empowering marginalized communities in Haiti. As the founder of the Association d’Acteurs de Développement (AAD), she has spearheaded numerous initiatives aimed at providing women, girls, and other underprivileged groups with the tools and support necessary for social and economic growth. Under her leadership, AAD has successfully forged strategic partnerships with key stakeholders across public, private, and civil society sectors, advocating for better services, securing internships, and creating opportunities for those who might otherwise be left behind.

Djenny-Flore’s commitment to gender equity and education is further exemplified through her work with Haiti CampusX, a startup she co-founded to offer high-quality resources to university students and young people across Haiti, regardless of their financial means or location. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by women in higher education, especially in the context of Haiti’s ongoing security crisis, Djenny-Flore has been instrumental in conceptualizing and executing this project, which aims to launch in early 2025.

Her ability to navigate the complexities of the Haitian entrepreneurial landscape, coupled with her natural talent for connecting with people, has made her an influential figure in both her community and the broader development sector. Djenny-Flore is a creative problem-solver and a team player who continuously seeks to expand her horizons through learning and networking. Her unwavering dedication to serving others and her exemplary leadership as a young woman have earned her recognition from numerous high-profile institutions, solidifying her as a dynamic force for change in Haiti.
