Dorian Alerte

Dorian Alerte joined WUTR as the Sports Director in April 2025.

Before that, Dorian was a Media and Content reporting intern with the Buffalo Bills. With them, he wrote post-game recaps and stories as well as provided practice coverage during the week.

He is a graduate of Kean University in Union, New Jersey, where he received both a bachelor’s and master’s in communications studies. During his time at Kean, he spent three years working for the athletics department as both an academic specialist and graduate assistant. With them, he ran social media and was one of the main voices for Kean Live as a play-by-play commentator. He also wrote for The Tower, the student-run newspaper, and freelanced for the Asbury Park Press.
