Dr. Lesly Jules

Lesly Jules is a distinguished specialist in Change Management and a recognized expert in the small business sector in Haiti, with over 25 years of experience in consulting and education.  He is co-founder and CEO of CSL Consulting.  He has successfully led teams implementing agribusiness ventures, business development services, microfinance institutions, vocational training and youth empowerment programs for numerous local organizations and international donor agencies.  A dedicated coach, Dr. Jules has guided multiple executives and entrepreneurs in their journey toward personal development, organizational effectiveness.   As a business developer, he advised small business leaders through business incubator and empowerment programs and encouraged private sector businesspeople to participate in these programs as investors and mentors, with a focus on business ethics and corporate responsibility. His work has taken him to various countries across Africa, Europe, Latin America, Central America, the Indian Ocean, and North America. Additionally, he is the author of three influential management books. Dr. Jules holds a bachelor’s degree in economics, a Master’s in Entrepreneurship, and a Ph.D. in Leadership and Change Mastery.
