Ellianna A. Dorvil

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Ellianna A. Dorvil is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 17 years of experience in the human services industry, working with diverse client populations in various capacities and settings. Ellianna is currently the Shelter Administrator, with Broward Partnership, where she oversees the day-to-day administrative, clinical, and operational functions of a 268-emergency bed shelter, day respite center and two outreach programs – prevention and medical services. Ellianna’s has successfully managed various supportive/stabilization programs including case management, behavioral health, medical clinic, workforce and offsite housing programs including permanent supportive housing, rapid rehousing, and housing navigation. Ellianna also has experience in database management and spearheading the transition from paper files to electronic health record systems.

Ellianna possesses great executive leadership skills, foresight and a passion for mentoring and helping others in the area of professional and personal development. Ellianna’s administrative experience and clinical background present a unique perspective in her career and has proven to be instrumental in its success.

When she’s not bringing awareness to the significance of mental wellness, Ellianna enjoys spending time with her husband and their children, attending sporting activities, family dates, or simply lounging in the backyard as Kompa and Soca blast from the speaker.
