Erline Louigene

Erline Louigene is a communications professional having earned a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and a Masters in Arts in Science in Strategic Communications with a concentration in Organizational Communications from Seton Hall University.
She has worked in the telecommunications, legal and broadcast industries with proven ability to quickly come up to speed in relatively new industries and immediately add value to organizations. This is Erline’s second year working with the NAAHP conference, this year she serves at the Project Coordinator for the core planning team to manage and ensure key project timelines and event logistics are met. In addition, she is also serving as the Exhibitor committee lead.
Erline is also an entrepreneur; her passion for the creative arts has drawn her to the world of beauty as a freelance makeup artist and beauty influencer. As owner of Louigene Artistry, with over five-years of experience, her areas of expertise serve the bridal industry, television, special occasion, print, male grooming and a growing social media platform brand.
