Erline Valliere, RN, BSN, is a dedicated registered nurse, entrepreneur, and educator passionate about helping nurses redefine what’s possible beyond the bedside. She is the founder of Venoir Concierge Nursing & Wellness, a private mobile healthcare service providing compassionate, client-centered care to individuals and families in the comfort of their homes.

Erline is also the creator of Nurse Unchained™, a groundbreaking educational brand that empowers RNs across the U.S. to build and operate their own concierge nursing businesses.

Through her Nurse Unchained™ Guidebook, Workbook, and Starter Pack, she provides practical, step-by-step guidance, tools, and templates designed to make business ownership approachable for every nurse — with no business degree required.

With over a decade of clinical experience in medical-surgical, telemetry, oncology, rehabilitation, and home healthcare, Erline combines real-world nursing expertise with entrepreneurial insight.

Her mission is to help nurses achieve professional freedom, sustainable income, and meaningful impact — one client, one nurse, and one business at a time.

Erline’s professional journey is grounded in excellence and lifelong learning. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Barry University and holds active licensure in Maryland and Georgia.

When Erline is not teaching or caring for clients, she enjoys homeschooling her children, spending time with her family, or exploring wellness travel.
