Esterling Accime

Esterling Accime is a software engineer, educator and entrepreneur with a wealth of knowledge in fintech, digital retailing and ecommerce. 

Most recently, Esterling founded the fintech business PG Rewards that is revolutionizing access to cash in Haiti. Haitians are able to securely add money to a digital prepaid card that can be used to make purchases in stores or online. Money can be securely transferred to and from their bank account, which allows users to have access to cash without the security hassle of going to their bank in person. Diaspora are also able to securely transfer money directly to the prepaid card and bypass other money transfer services that require an in-person transaction. 

Esterling also founded PG-ecom, a skills training organization that creates content and online courses around ecommerce. Courses are provided in Haitian Creole to help Haitians launch, create and manage successful online businesses. Esterling is also co-founder of Ecom Builder that helps customers start their ecommerce business with the right high-conversion creative and assets. 

Growing up in Haiti, Esterling has a passion for bringing technology to the country. He believes the future of Haiti’s technology landscape is promising if those with the experience and knowledge democratize access. To help connect Haitians with other technology professionals, Esterling co-founded tichaiti to collectively create solutions that uplift Haiti and the Haitian people.
