Esther, a board-certified family nurse practitioner, was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and immigrated to the U.S. early at an early age. Inspired by her late father, Pastor Maurice Louissaint, founder of the first Haitian Baptist Church in Dania Beach/Hollywood, Florida, Esther has dedicated over 20 years to serving her community through healthcare.
Recognized for her clinical expertise and compassionate care, she has received numerous honors, including the AHED Haitian Heritage Month Soiree of Honors award and HANA’s Nurse of the Year 2017. She has held leadership roles in organizations like HANA Palm Beach and currently serves as president of CLÉ (CONNECT, LOVE & ELEVATE).
Esther is proud to join the National Alliance for the Advancement of Haitian Professionals (NAAHP) as the Director of Protocol for their 2024 Annual Conference. Her unwavering commitment to community service and patient care exemplifies her passion for giving back.
